HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation and another when it ships. To track your order updates, please log in to your account using the same email address and password you used during checkout. IN CASE I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER OR RETURN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Please send us an email at bonkers@creartedfun.com promptly if you want to modify or cancel your order. Our items are custom-made for each order and handled on a case-by-case basis. Most items can’t be changed since they are made to order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot change the items or delivery address once an item has started to be made or a shipping label has been created.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES FOR A DOMESTIC US ORDER?

Our standard domestic shipping rate is $6.95. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories will incur a shipping fee of $9.95. Please be advised that shipping fees are nonrefundable once your item has shipped and may change based on carrier rates.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

No, from this website we only ship within the United States. 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our packaging is designed to protect your order, but damages may still occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at bonkers@createdfun.com with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We are here to help and look forward to assisting you!

WHAT IS MY ITEM IS LOST OR STOLEN?

If your order is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please allow a few more business days for it to show up. Sometimes, packages are scanned as "delivered" while still en route.

Please note that we cannot replace lost or stolen items. To minimize the possibility of errors, ensure that you use the correct mailing address and track your shipment. In the event of issues with your delivery, we will file a claim on your behalf. However, we suggest that you also contact the courier directly to file a claim for your package if it is lost.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER OR CANVAS AND INKS DO YOU USE?

Our prints are unique because we make all of our art prints in-house. At our studio we use a museum-quality, 100% cotton rag acid-free paper that features a smooth natural white finish and 300 gsm paper weight. With our 10-color printing system, we can achieve an extremely wide color gamut and unsurpassed ink density. This means your prints will feature smooth tonal transitions and vibrant colors that make the artwork pop off the paper. With both paper and ink archival-rated, expect your prints to last a lifetime.

Our Canvas Prints are Hand-stretched, borderless canvas printed with archival inks on smooth white archival canvas. Each canvas is hand-cut and wrapped, featuring 1.5-inch white sides. Hanging hardware is also included, making your beautiful new canvas print ready to display right out of the box.

Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved on multiple items of the same item. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
